دور مكونات نظم المعلومات الادارية على جودة التقارير الادارية في الصناعة السودانية دراسة حالة مصنع سكر الجنيد

الملخص
Abstract The research aim to role of the components of management information systems (MIS) in the quality of management reports in the Sudanese industry, The researcher used the descriptive and analytical method, whereby a questionnaire consisting of 35 elements was designed that was distributed to a sample of the employees of Al-Junaid Sugar Factory by means of a stratified sample, and it was processed using the well-known statistical packages program (SPSS).The research concluded that the components of (MIS)are well available in the Sudanese industry, which is reflected in the quality of management reports such as; Clarity of information, presentation of information in an appropriate manner, accuracy of information, availability of information in a timely manner, timeliness of information, recommendations, the need to pay attention to the availability of components of (MIS) in the Sudanese industry. As well as the need to pay attention to the dimensions of information when preparing administrative reports in the Sudanese industry. المستخلص هدف البحث الى معرفة دور مكونات نظم المعلومات الإدارية في جودة التقارير الادارية من حيث البعد الشكل و بعد المحتوى و بعد الزمن في الصناعة السودانية، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم تصميم استبانة مكونة من 35 عنصر تم توزيعها على عينة من العاملين بمصنع سكر الجنيد بواسطة عينة طبقية ، وتمت معالجتها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية المعروف(SPSS). توصل البحث الى ان مكونات نظم المعلومات الادارية تتوفر بصورة جيدة في الصناعة السودانية مما انعكس على جودة التقارير الادارية مثل ؛ وضوح المعلومة ، عرض المعلومة بالشكل المناسب ، دقة المعلومات ، توفر المعلومات في الوقت المناسب، حداثة المعلومات ، التوصيات ضرورة الاهتمام بتوفر مكونات نظم المعلومات الادارية في الصناعة السودانية. وكذلك ضرورة الاهتمام بأبعاد المعلومات عند اعداد التقارير الادارية في الصناعة السودانية.
