الملخص

إن عملية التدريس عملية جد معقدة تحتاج إلى تدريبات مستمرة وجهود مكثفة، لدا فإن مهام المدرس ووظائفه تعددت وتنوعت تبعا للتحولات التي يشهدها العالم، والتطورات المتسارعة في عالم العلم والمعرفة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تعريف المدرس بالمهام الجديدة التي أسندت إليه والمهارات التي بإمكانه أن ينميها ويطورها في خضم التربية الحديثة، حيث أن مهامه تجددت وتوسعت فهو: يخطط للعملية التربوية وينظم مسارها، يهيئ التلاميذ للدرس الجديد ويشوقهم ويثير دافعيتهم، ينتقي من الوسائل ما يصلح، يطرح الأسئلة بصيغ وأساليب متنوعة، يستخدم كل المثيرات للاستحواذ على الانتباه مع الاستعانة بمختلف أنماط التعزيز، يحسن إدارة الصف، يقوّم بطريقة فعالة، ويحسن غلق الدرس. وبناء على ذلك نستخلص أن التربية الحديثة أصبحت تتناول جميع جوانب شخصية المتعلم باعتباره محور العملية التعليمية التعلمية، وأن كفاءة المدرس وأداه هو الفيصل الذي يحدد من خلاله مدى نجاحه في المسار التعليمي The teaching process is a very complex process that requires continuous training and intensive efforts. Therefore, the teacher's tasks and functions have varied and varied according to the changes taking place in the world, and the rapid developments in the world of science and knowledge. This research aims to introduce the teacher to the new tasks that have been assigned to him and the skills that he can develop and develop in the midst of modern education, as his tasks have been renewed and expanded. Questions in a variety of formats and styles, uses all stimuli to gain attention, with the use of different styles of reinforcement, improves classroom management, corrects effectively, and improves lesson closure. Based on this, we conclude that modern education has become dealing with all aspects of the personality of the learner as the focus of the educational learning process, and that the teacher's competence and performance is the decisive factor through which he determines the extent of his success in the educational path.
