الملخص
يرمي هذا المقال إلى فتح نافدة من تاريخ تلمسان الاجتماعي خلال العهد العثماني، حيث يواجه الدّارس لتاريخ تلمسان خلال هذه الفترة جملة من الصعوبات، منها نقص المادة العلمية، والظاهران هذه الصعوبة تزداد إذا تعلق الموضوع بالجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، فالمتوفر لا يعدو أن يكون بعض المقتطفات الموجودة في المصادر التي تعود إلى تلك الحقبة التاريخية، ويرجع ذلك إلى الوضع الذي أصبحت تعيشه المدينة ونواحيها ، حيث فقدت كل أدوارها التي كانت تمارسها خلال مراحل سابقة،وخاصة خلال العهد الزياني، وقد يكون لموقعها الجغرافي أثر في هذا التقهقر، فهي تقع على الحدود مع المغرب الأقصى الذي كان في صراع دائم مع أسياد الجزائر الجدد، أي الأتراك العثمانيون . This article aims to open a window of the social history of Tlemcen during the Ottoman era, where the student of the history of Tlemcen during this period faces a number of difficulties, including the lack of scientific material, and this difficulty increases if the subject is related to economic and social aspects, the available is only some excerpts that exist In the sources that date back to that historical era, and this is due to the situation in which the city and its surroundings have become, as it lost all its roles that it used to play during previous stages, especially during the Zayani era, and its geographical location may have an impact on this retreat, as it is located on the border with Morocco. Al-Aqsa, which was in constant conflict with the new masters of Algeria, the Ottoman Turks.
