دور و مكانة يهود "بابل و فلسطين "في ظل الحكم الفارسي

الملخص
سوف تتناول الدراسة أوضاع و مكانة اليهود في بابل و دورهم في سقوطها على أيدى الفرس , وعودتهم إلى فلسطين بناء على مرسوم صادر عن الملك الفارسي قورش, وكيف تأثر اليهود دينيا بشريعة الملك الفارسي , وملامح حكم الفرس في فلسطين , و توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مهمة , مفادها أن : المكانة التي تمتع بها اليهود في ظل الحكم الفارسي كانت نتيجة الدور الوظيفي الذى لعبوه في خدمة هذه الدولة . ,و تبرز أهمية هذه الدراسة نظرا لمحدودية الدراسات المتعلقة بالتاريخ القديم , و خصوصا تلك التي تناولت اوضاع اليهود في ظل الحكم الفارسي . Abstract: This study will tackle the situation , and status of the Jews in Babel, and their role in its downfall at the hands of the Persians , their return to Palestine by Cyrus rescript .How the Jews were influenced religiously by the Persian King legality , the characteristics of the Persian rule .Thus the study had the following results . The status which the Jews had during the Persian rule was result of the functional role which they launch in serving the state .This study is significant due to limitations of previous studies which is concerned with ancient history , particularly those which tackles the situation , and circumstances of the Jews during the Persian rule . Thus , the study applied in its analysis two , main methods the historical and the critical analytical approach
