السلوك التربوي الرياضي وعلاقته بديناميكية الجماعة للاعبي كرة القدم.

الملخص
لقد اهتمت دراستنا هاته بعلاقة السلوك التربوي الرياضي و ديناميكية الجماعة للاعبي كرة القدم، بدءا من السلوك التربوي الإنساني باتجاه تحقيق المبادئ السامية بكل معانيها وعناوينها ضمن هدف الشخصية. ومن خلال دراستنا هاته توصلنا إلى أن للسلوك التربوي الرياضي تأثير كبير على ديناميكية الفريق للاعبي كرة القدم، إذ توجد علاقة طردية بينهما، أي أنه كلما كان السلوك التربوي الرياضي سوي كلما كانت ديناميكية لاعبي كرة القدم إيجابية، وكلما كان السلوك التربوي الرياضي غير سوي كانت ديناميكية لاعبي كرة القدم سلبية. الكلمات المفاتيح: (السلوك التربوي، السلوك الرياضي، ديناميكية الجماعة، لاعبي كرة القدم.) Abstract: Our study is concerned with the relationship of educational behavior of sports as well as the dynamics of the group, starting with the human educational behavior towards achieving the noble principles in all their meanings and titles in the purpose of the personality. In our study, we found that educational sporting behavior has a great influence on group dynamics for football players during competition, so for positive behavior, group football player’s dynamics are positive and conversely if the behavior is negative the dynamics of the group football players are negative. Résumé: Notre étude s'intéresse de la relation du comportement éducatif ainsi que les dynamiques de l'équipe des joueurs de football, en commençant par le comportement éducatif humain afin d'atteindre les principes nobles dans tous leurs sens et titres dans le but de la personnalité. Dans notre étude nous avons constaté que le comportement éducatif sportif a une grande influence sur les dynamiques de groupe des joueurs de football durant la compétition, ainsi pour un comportement positif les dynamiques de groupe sont positives et inversement si le comportement est négatif les dynamiques de l'équipe sont négatives.
