ملخص: تمثل مسألة حقوق الإنسان أهم المجالات التي تشغل المجتمع المدني والسياسي في موريتانيا. وهذا ما يجعل موضوع حمايتها جديرا بالبحث. تحاول هذه الدراسة التي تعتمد منهجية العلوم القانونية، البحث حول حماية حقوق الانسان في موريتانيا، وقد توصلت إلى أن هذه الحماية، تصنف إلى حماية معيارية، ترتبط بإقرار المعايير الدولية من خلال الدستور والتشريعات الوطنية، وحماية مؤسساتية، تقوم على تفعيل دور المؤسسات القضائية وغير القضائية في الحماية وتطبيق النصوص الخاصة بها. كلمات مفاتيح: حقوق الانسان. الحماية. الدستور. السلطة القضائية. الحقوق المدنية والسياسية. Abstract: The issue of human rights is one of the most important areas of concern to civil and political society in Mauritania. This is what makes the topic of protection worthy of research. This study, which adopts the methodology of legal sciences, attempts to research on the protection of human rights in Mauritania, and it has concluded that this protection is classified into normative protection, linked to the adoption of international standards through the constitution and national legislation, and institutional protection, based on activating the role of judicial and non-judicial institutions. protection and the application of its own texts.
