أحكام المحكمتين العربية والافريقية لحقوق الانسان كضمان لحماية حقوق الانسان في المنطقة العربية

الملخص
ستلعب أحكام المحكمة العربية والمحكمة الإفريقية لحقوق الانسان دورا أساسيا وفعالا في حماية حقوق الانسان في المنطقة العربية فهي الضمان الأساسي لتحقيق ذلك، حيث ستعمل أحكام المحكمة العربية مستقبلا على حماية حقوق الانسان بطريقة مباشرة في حين أن أحكام المحكمة الافريقية ستحمي حقوق الإنسان بطريقة غير مباشرة من خلال قيام الدول العربية الواقعة في قارة افريقيا والمنظمة إلى المحكمة الافريقية بتنفيذ الأحكام الصادرة ضدها وتعديل نظمها الداخلية وممارستها طبقا لما جاء في الأحكام وتأثر بقية الدول العربية الأخرى بهذه التعديلات. the judgements of the Arab Court and the African Court of human rights will play a fundamental and effective role in the protection and development of human rights in the Arab region, In the future, the Arab Court's judgments will directly protect human rights in the Arab region, while the African Court's judgments will protect human rights indirectly through the implementation of the Arab Countries situated in the African continent and which ratified the Protocol which established the African Court of Justice of the judgments issued against them and amending their internal systems and practices in accordance with the judgments. This amendment will be reflected and it will influence the rest of the Arab countries which will also modify their internal systems and practices in accordance with the jurisprudence of the African Court, allowing for the effective protection of human rights.
