الإنتاج الاسقاطي للنساء المصابات بالحمل العنقدي

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن الإنتاج الاسقاطي للنساء المصابات بالحمل العنقودي، باستعمال اختبار إسقاطي هو الرورشاخ لدى مجموعة بحث تكونت من 03 نساء، خضعن للعلاج الكيميائي واثنان منهما تم استئصال الرحم لهما. افترضنا أن الإنتاج الاسقاطي لمجموعة البحث سيظهر عدم تكيفهن، قلقهن واكتئابهن. تحقق هذا الفرض عند الحالات الثلاثة من خلال ارتفاع المحددات الشكلية السلبية (F-) في البرتوكولات، والتي تشير إلى تصدع في نوعية العلاقة مع الواقع. كما ظهر القلق من خلال ارتفاع نسبته في معادلة القلق ورفض اللوحات، وكل الحركات والألفاظ الصادرة عن المبحوثات. في حين ظهر الاكتئاب من خلال ارتفاع نسبة المحددات الشكلية و الحساسية للوحات السوداء. لاحظنا أيضا وجود الكف والمواظبة كميزة لمجموعة بحثنا، إذ أظهرت المبحوثات الكف من خلال نقص عدد الإجابات والمواظبة على مواضيع التشريح المتعلقة بالرحم، المرض والنزيف. The current study aims to detect the projection production of women with molar pregnancy, using the Rorschach as projection test in research group of 03 women, who underwent chemotherapy and two of them underwent hysterectomy. We hypothesized that the projective production of research group would show their maladaptation, anxiety and depression.This hypothesis was achieved in three cases through the rise of negative formal determinants (F-) in protocols, which indicates a crack in the relationship’s quality with reality. Anxiety also appeared through high rate in the anxiety equation, rejection of the paintings, and all movements and words issued by the respondents. While depression appeared through the high proportion of formal determinants and sensitivity to black panels. We also noted perseveration and inhibition as advantage of our research group, as respondents showed desist through the lack of answers and perseverance on topics related to uterus anatomy, disease and bleeding.
