خصائص الإنتاج الاسقاطي عند المصابات بسرطان الثدي - دراسة عيادية لخمس حالات من خلال اختبار تفهم الموضوع-

الملخص
إن سرطان الثدي يجعل المرأة في حالة من عدم التوازن بداية من رفض الإصابة إلى رفض العلاج وطلب المساندة، بسبب ما ينجر عنه من آلام جسمية ونفسية. فهذه الآلام مهما كان نوعها تؤدي بالمصابة إلى العديد من الاضطرابات النفسية، تنعكس على حياتها الداخلية والخارجية. ولكي نتحقق من هذا، لجأنا إلي التقنيات الإسقاطية من خلال اختبار تفهم الموضوع T.A.T. فهذه الدراسة تهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على خصائص الإنتاج الاسقاطي عند النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي، من خلال المقابلة العيادية واختبار تفهم الموضوع، عند مجموعة بحث مكونة من خمس حالات. إذن، كيف يظهر الإنتاج الاسقاطي( المقروئية ) عند المصابات بسرطان الثدي في اختبار تفهم الموضوع؟ وتوصلنا إلى أن مقروئيات المصابات جاءت غير جيدة وتغلب عليها سياقات الكف والصلابة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإنتاج الاسقاطي؛ اختبار تفهم الموضوع؛ المصابات بسرطان الثدي؛ المقروئية. Abstract: Breast cancer and its physical and psychological pain make the woman in a state of imbalance, starting from refusing the disease to refusing treatment and seeking support. This pain of any kind leads the sufferer to many psychological disorders, which are reflected on her internal and external life. In order to verify this, we resorted to projective techniques through the T.A.T This study aims to shed light on the characteristics of projective production in women with breast cancer, we based on the clinical approach, through the semi-guide clinical interview, and Thematic Apperception Test (T. A. T), with a research group consisting of five cases. So, how does the Projective production (readability) of women with breast cancer appear in a Thematic Apperception (T.A.T) test? We concluded that the readability of the patients were not good and were overcome by inhibition and rigidity defensives.
