تراجع التعافي البيئي بعد أزمة كورونا كوفيد-19

الملخص
الملخص: عرف العالم في الفترة منذ بداية 2020، إلى يومنا هذا 2022، رهانًا صعبًا بين سلامة العيش ومكافحة الوباء الّذي تفشّى بصورة هائلة بين مختلف دول العالم، غير معترف بالحدود المكانية ولا الزمانية للدول، ولا بسيادتها أو قوّتها الاقتصادية ومكانتها، وهو الوباء المعروف بكورونا كوفيد-19، الّذي فرض على العالم اتباع جملة من الآليات تضمن السلامة والنجاة منه، ومن آثار هذه الآليات التي تم تفعيلها هو تحسن حالة البيئة، بسبب ايقاف جميع الأنشطة المخلة بالتوازن الإيكولوجي العالمي والدافعة للتغير المناخي، إلّا أنّ الفرضيّة الّتي تطرح نفسها بخصوص هذا التحسن هو مدى امكانية استمراره بعد الجائحة، أم أنّه بعد استئناف الأنشطة المختلفة وعودة الحياة إلى حالتها الطبيعية، يعود الحال السيء للبيئة كما كان قبل اكتشاف هذا الفيروس ممّا يسبب أزمة بيئية غير مسبوقة. :Abstract From the beginning of 2020 to 2022, the world has witnessed a difficult challenge between the living safety and fighting against the huge spread of the epidimic worldwide, which is known as CORONA -19, The latter does not recognize neither the spatial or temporal boundaries of countries nor their sovereignty, economic strength and status. This virus has imposed a number of mechanisms on the world in order to ensure safety and escape from it. Among these mechanisms’impacts that have been activated is an improvement of the environment state. However, the hypothesis that presents itself regarding this reform is the extent to which it can continue after the pandemic, or after the resumption of the different activities, the bad condition of environment is going to return to its previous state prior to the the discovery of this virus, resulting in an unprecedented environmental crisis. .Key Words : Environmental Recovery, CORONA Pandemic, Environmental Pollution, Deterioration, Covid 19, Actions.
