Authors : Atmane Medini . Njimi Aissa .

Abstract

Competition management in business organizations is now linked to quality standards within its comprehensive dimensions, as the study aimed to identify the reasons for the decline in the competitiveness of private clinics in Algeria in favor of Tunisia, which is attracting many Algerians preferring its services. An analysis of the dimensions of quality was adopted within a comparative descriptive approach between two private clinics represented in The Nour Clinic in Tunisia and Al-Rimal in Algeria. The study concluded that the positive employment of the dimension of service and operations, focus on the customer, and the dependence of decisions on facts reflect the ability of the Nour Clinic in Tunisia to link the material and immaterial dimensions within an integrated and highly competitive performance process.
