الملخص
أأصبحت الجزائر تولي اهتماما كبيرا للشركات الناشئة والمشاريع المبتكرة والحاضنات، وذلك باعتبارها طريقا فعالا وصحيحا لاستغلال الموارد الطبيعية والبشرية والمادية، حيث أصبح وأمسى من الضروري الاعتماد عليها نظرا لأهميتها في تنويع الاقتصاد الوطني وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار واقع الأطر القانونية والمؤسساتية، وما تضمنته من إجراءات تحفيزية للشركات الناشئة والمشاريع المبتكرة والحاضنات، بالإضافة إلى إنشاء مجموعة من الهيئات لتمويلها ودعمها كصندوق دعم وتطوير المنظومة الاقتصادية للمؤسسات الناشئة ومؤسسة ترقية وتسيير هياكل دعم المؤسسات الناشئة مع الاستفادة من الإعفاءات الجبائية والمالية والتمويل الجماعي.
