الملخص
ملخص تكنولوجيا المعلومات مرتبط بالتطور التكنولوجي للوسائل التكنولوجية التي ساهمت إلى حد بعيد في الانفجار المعلوماتي، و التي تكاثرت و انتشرت بشكل سريع جدا في كل البقع التي عرفت التطور التكنولوجي و تحديث البرامج الخاصة بمعالجة حفظ و نشر المعلومات بمختلف أشكالها و أنواعها. لهذا للانفجار التكنولوجي و المعلوماتي تأثير كبير و مباشر على البحث عامة و البحث العلمي خاصة،بحيث عرفت آثارا إيجابية ساهمت في جودة البحث و دقته، بتوفير الظروف التي تساعد على نقل حفظ معالجة و نشر المعلومات بمختلف أشكالها بأقل جهد و أسرع مدة، غير انه لتكنولوجيا المعلومات آثار موازية سلبية تؤثر بدورها سلبا على موضوعية و دقة البحث، نتيجة لهذه الآثار المتناقضة حاولنا ترتيب مجموعة من الاحتياطات و الحلول التي يجب أن تأخذ بعين الاعتبار لتفادي المشاكل المترتبة عن الانفجار المعلوماتي الناتج عن تطور تكنولوجيا المعلومات. Abstract : Information technology is linked to the technological development of technological means that have contributed significantly to the information explosion, which multiplied and spread very quickly in all the places that knew technological development and the updating of software for processing, saving and publishing information in all its forms and types. This technological and information explosion has a significant and direct impact on research in general and scientific research in particular, where it has known positive effects that contributed to the quality and accuracy of the research, by providing conditions that help to transfer, save, process and publish information in various forms with the least effort and the fastest duration, However it has a negative parallel effects that negatively affect the objectivity and accuracy of the research, as a result of these contradictory effects we tried to arrange a set of precautions and solutions that must be taken into account To avoid the problems caused by the information explosion caused by the development of information technology.
