الاقتناءات السياسية لجماعة المقاول و آثارها على سيرورة التحديث

الملخص
يناقش هذا المقال نتائج دراسة ميدانية لجماعة المقاول بمدينة وهران ، و التي تسعى لاستكشاف تصورات و سلوكات المقاول لفحص دلالاتها ومعانيها السياسية و ما تنطوي عليه من تكيفات استراتيجية. يرتبط بمحفزات و طموحات استقلاليته، و ذلك على اعتبار ان طبيعة مشروع المقاول، تقتضي تفعيل منظومة قيمية عقلانية حداثية تضمن حماية مصالحه و تواصلها و التي تجعل منه فاعلا استراتيجيا في عملية بعث سيرورة تحديث مختلف البنى والعلاقات السياسية التي تربطه بالمجتمع و بالدولة على أسس ديمقراطية. و التي من شانها ان تعيد صياغة قواعد المنطق السياسي القائم. نتيجة الدراسة : التصور الاستراتيجي للمقاول يسعى لتكريس قناعة براغماتية في علاقته بالسلطة، ليظل المطلب الديمقراطي سجينا لصراع مفتوح بين مشروعية منطق طموحاته الخاصة و بين مشروعية منطق المصالح الأخرى المتناقضة، لأن المقاول لا يقتني التصور الحداثي إلا من خلال الخرق القانوني كحل عملي دون أي حسم استراتيجي مع المنطق السياسي القائم . This article discusses the results of a field study for the contractor group in the city of Oran, which seeks to explore the contractor's perceptions and behaviors to examine its connotations and political meanings and its strategic adaptations. It is linked to its independent incentives and ambitions, given that the nature of the contractor’s project requires the activation of a rational, modern value system that guarantees the protection and communication of its interests, which makes it a strategic actor in the process of reviving the process of modernizing the various structures and political relations that link it to society and the state on democratic foundations. Which would reformulate the rules of the existing political logic. The result of the study: the strategic vision of the contractor seeks to devote a pragmatic conviction in his relationship with power, so that the democratic demand remains a prisoner of an open conflict between the legitimacy of the logic of his own ambitions and the legitimacy of the logic of other contradictory interests, because the contractor does not acquire the modernist vision except through legal breach as a practical solution without any strategic decision With the existing political logic
