جريـمة اخـتـطاف الأطفال: قراءة سوسيو- قانونية

الملخص
تعد جريمة اختطاف الأطفال من الجرائم المستحدثة التي تشكل اعتداء صارخا على حرية وكرامة الإنسان والمجتمع على حد سواء. ونظرا لخصوصية هذه الجريمة من حيث ضحاياها (الأطفال) وخطورتها على أمن واستقرار المجتمع، فقد أولت الجزائر لجريمة الاختطاف اهتماما خاصا على غرار الكثير من بلدان العالم. وعلى هذا الأساس أصبح من الضروري تسليط الضوء على هذه الجريمة، وتقديم قراءة متكاملة تساهم في تشخيصها من حيث الجانب السيكولوجي، الجانب السوسيولوجي وكذا الجانب القانونـي. ومن أجل هذا جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لإبراز أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بجريمة اختطاف الأطفال، بالإضافة إلى دراستها سوسيولوجيا من حيث الأسباب والعوامل المساهمة فـي انتشارها من جهة، وقانونيا من حيث مكافحتها وإيقاع العقوبات على مرتكبيها من جهة أخرى. The kidnapping of children is a new crime that constitutes a flagrant attack on the freedom and dignity of both human beings and society. Given the specificity of this crime in terms of its victims (children) and its seriousness to the security and stability of society, many countries of the world have paid special attention to them, like Algeria. On this basis, it has become necessary to shed light on this crime and to provide an integrated reading that contributes to its diagnosis in terms of psychological, sociological as well as legal. Therefore, this paper highlighted the most important concepts relating to the crime of child kidnapping, in addition to its sociological study in terms of the causes and factors contributing to its spread, on the one hand, and legally in terms of combating it and imposing sanctions on the perpetrators on the other.
