قيم المواطنة في المجتمع الجزائري مقاربة سوسيو قانونية (مقارنة بين دستوري 1989،2016).

الملخص
إن تحقيق المواطنة مرتبط بالعقد اجتماعي (بين الفرد والمجتمع والدولة) الذي يقره النظام ويعترف به الفرد والمجتمع، بناءً على دستور يحدد أبعاد المواطنة وقيمها. لذا نجد الدستور الجزائري هو المرجع الأساسي لكل قوانين الجمهورية. وهو الذي يقر بهذه القيم على اعتبار أنها أساسية في تعزيز المواطنة في المجتمع الجزائري. كل المواد الدستورية وكل السياسات المسطرة من قبل الحكومة الجزائرية منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا، تقر بمبدأ المواطنة لجميع أفراد المجتمع، لكن على أرض الواقع مازالت بعيدة كل البعد عن أهم قيم المواطنة وهي كفالة الحقوق المدنية للمواطنين، مما أحدث لنا حالة اللاستقرار على المستوى المجتمعي والاقتصادي، فالمواطنة الجيدة هي التي تتسم باحترام الاستحقاقات الفردية وأداء الالتزامات المدنية. Achieving citizenship is linked to a social contract (between the individual, society and the state) that is recognized by the system and ecognized by the individual and society, based on a constitution that defines the dimensions and values of citizenship. Thus, the Algerian constitution is the primary reference for all the laws of the Republic. It recognizes these values as fundamental to the promotion of citizenship in Algerian society. All the constitutional articles and all the policies adopted by the Algerian government since independence to this day recognize the principle of citizenship for all members of society, but on the ground are still far from the most important values of citizenship is to ensure the civil rights of citizens, which led us to the state of instability at the community and economic level , Good citizenship is characterized by respect for individual benefits and performance of civil obligations.
