الملخص
الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على انعكاسات وباء كورونا على مبدأ الأمن القانوني باعتبارها جائحة مست كافة دول العالم و أثرت على جميع مجالات الحياة. و قد تناولنا التكييف القانوني لهذه الجائحة، فمنهم ما يعتبرها قوة قاهرة، و جانب أخر يرى أنها ظرف طارئ، ثم تطرقنا إلى الآثار التي تسببها هذه الجائحة على استقرار القواعد القانونية، و ما مدى علاقتها بالمخاطر التي تهدد مبدأ الأمن القانوني باعتبار تلك المخاطر من أهم الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى زعزعة استقرار و ثبات القواعد القانونية مما يؤدي إلى الضعف في الصياغة التشريعية. Abstract: The study aims to highlight the implications of the Corona epidemic on the principle of legal security as a pandemic that has affected all countries of the world and affected all spheres of life. we have dealt with the legal adaptation of this pandemic, which is what some consider to be a force majeure, and other consider it to be an emergency, and then we have looked at the effects that this pandemic has on the stability of legal norms, the extent to which they relate to threats to the principle of legal security is one of the most important causes of destabilizing and stable legal norms, leading to weakness in legislative drafting.
