الملخص
الملخص: إن التنمية المحلية هي عملية تغيير شامل ومخطط ومتكامل في بنية المجتمع وفق توجهات عامة لتحقيق أهداف محددة تسعى أساسا لتحسين المستوى المعيشي لأفراد المجتمع المحلي . و يمكن بواسطتها تحقيق التعاون الفعال بين المجهودين الشعبي والحكومي للارتقاء بمستوى الجماعات المحلية. و هي تعتمد على الجهود الذاتية الفعالة لأفراد المجتمع المحلي لأنها نابعة منه. وبالتالي فالمشاركة الشعبية مهمة جدا لأجل ضمان نجاحها. فهي تساهم وبفعالية في بناء السلم الاجتماعي من حيث اشباع رغبات المواطنين وتحسين ظروفهم المعيشية وبالتالي وضع حد لأي حركة احتجاجية . الكلمات المفتاحية: التنمية المحلية- السلم الاجتماعي- الحركات الاحتجاجية. Abstract: Local development is the process of A comprehensive, planned and integrated change in the structure of society according to general directions to achieve specific goals that mainly seek in order to improve the standard of living of members of the local community. Through it, effective cooperation can be achieved between popular and governmental efforts to raise the level of local communities. And it depends on the effective self-efforts of the members of the local community because it stems from it, and therefore popular participation is very important to ensure its success.It effectively contributes to building social peace in terms of satisfying citizens' desires and improving their living conditions, thus arresting any protest movement that threatens stability and national unity. The local development thus represents a factor threatening social peace in its absence. As it is considered a device to buy social peace in the event of the outbreak of any protest movement.
