ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في سبل ترقية تقييم النشر العلمي في الجزائر، من خلال دراسة لواقع تقييم النشر العلمي على المستوى الدولي بالنظر إلى معايير قواعد البيانات العالمية (SCOPUS) و(WOS)، وكذلك واقع تقييم النشر العلمي في الجزائر استنادا إلى معايير المنصة العلمية للمجلات الجزائرية (ASJP)، ومحاولة مطابقة هذه الأخيرة مع معايير النشر العالمية، ونستخدم في ذلك المنهج الوصفي مع التحليل، بالاعتماد على دراسة حالة عينة من أوعية النشر الأجنبية والجزائرية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تقييم النشر العلمي في الجزائر يعتمد على منصة (ASJP) التي تسعى وبشكل مستمر إلى مواكبة معايير النشر العلمي العالمية، هذه المنصة التي تعتمد معايير تقييم لم ترق بعد إلى المعايير العالمية؛ مما أدى بأوعية النشر الجزائرية أن لا تتوفر بعد على بعض الشروط التي تجعلها غير مؤهلة للتكشيف فيها. الكلمات المفتاحية: المجلات العلمية؛ تقييم النشر العلمي؛ معايير النشر العلمي. This study aims to investigate ways to promote the scientific publishing evaluation in Algeria, by studying the reality of scientific publishing evaluating at the international level in view of the standards of global databases (SCOPUS) and (WOS), as well as the reality of evaluating scientific publication in Algeria based on the standards of the Algerian scientific journals platform (ASJP), and trying to match the latter with international publishing standards, and we use in that descriptive approach with analysis, based on a case study of a sample of foreign and Algerian publishing databases. The study found that the evaluation of scientific publishing in Algeria depends on the (ASJP) platform that continuously seeks to keep up with international scientific publishing standards, this platform that adopts evaluation criteria that have not yet lived up to international standards. As a result, the Algerian publishing databases have not yet met some of the conditions that make them ineligible to be indexed.
