Le Transport Multimodal De Marchandises Problématique De La Réduction Des Coûts

Résumé En égard à l’importance du secteur des transports en tant que levier stratégique du développement économique et social, le sujet de recherche se propose de faire émerger ce secteur en tant que chaîne de transport multimodal comme une seule entité pour faire face aux exigences d’un environnement concurrent. Le sujet traite ainsi de l’harmonisation et de la maîtrise de cette chaîne. La démarche adoptée repose sur l’analyse descriptive de l’existant, mettant en relief ses carences, et les défis à relever. Les résultats qui en découlent consistent à passer d’une organisation compartimentée et discontinue à une organisation fluide, favorisant la circulation des flux de marchandises, tout en permettant non seulement la maîtrise des délais de livraison des produits, mais aussi et surtout la réduction des coûts de transport. Abstract In view of the importance of the transport sector as a strategic lever of economic and social development, the research paper aims to bring out this sector as a multimodal transport chain as a single entity to face the demands of a competitive environment. The study deals with the harmonization and control of this chain. The approach adopted is based on a descriptive analysis of the existing situation, highlighting its shortcomings and the challenges to be met. The results consist in moving from a compartmentalized and discontinuous organization to a fluid organization, favoring the circulation of the flow of goods, while allowing not only the control of the delivery times of the products, but also and above all the reduction of transport costs.
