الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة معوقات وصعوبات نشر البحوث العلمية عند طلبة الدكتوراه في بعض الجامعات الجزائرية، حيث تم اعتماد الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات في الدراسة الميداني، التي شملت 30طالب دكتوراه تم اختيارهم عشوائيًا في قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة البليدة2، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات الكمية، ومناقشتها وتحليلها موضوعياً. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الصعوبات ومعوقات النشر العلمي لدى طلبة الدكتوراه يعود إما الى مستوى الطلاب ومهارتهم في الكتابة والنشر العلمي، وكذا الى سياسة وشروط النشر في المجلات المصنفة. Abstract: This study aimed to find out the obstacles and difficulties of publishing scientific research among doctoral students in some Algerian universities, where the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for data collection in the field study that included 30 Doctoral students from the Department of Social Sciences at the University of Blida 2. The SPSS program was used for analysis, discussion and objective analysis for quantitative data. The results of the study showed that the difficulties and obstacles of scientific publishing among doctoral students are due either to their level and skills in writing and scientific publishing, as well as to the policy and conditions of publication in classified journals.
