الملخص

يهدف هذا البحث الى الإسهام في الدفاع عن مقام النبي الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم في ظل الهجمات المتكررة التي يتعرض لها في هذه الأزمنة المتأخرة تحت دعوى حرية التعبير . وقد تناول البحث أهمية الدفاع عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ومكانتها في الشريعة الإسلامية وأنها فرض واجب على كل مسلم بدلالة نصوص كثيرة من القرآن والسنة، كما تعرض البحث لطرق نشر فضائل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وهديه وترسيخ ذلك في النفوس، وأن هناك عدة طرق لذلك من أهمها وأعظمها: التزام سنته والتحلي بأخلاقه، والعناية بسيرته وشمائله معرفة ودراسة وتدريسا ونشرا، ثم تعرض البحث لأثر نشر فضائله ودورها في مكافحة الإساءة إليه، وأظهر أن من أعظم تلك الآثار زيادة الإيمان به وتقويته وتقوية محبته في قلوب المؤمنين حتى يكون أولى بهم من أنفسهم، وإلجام الطاعنين فيه صلى الله عليه وسلم وإغاظتهم وحملهم على الانكفاف عن الإساءة إلى مقامه الكريم. This research aims to contribute to the defense of the status of the Holy Prophet in light of the repeated attacks he is subjected to in these late times under the pretext of freedom of expression. The research addressed the importance of defending the Prophet and its place in Islamic law and that it imposed a duty on every Muslim to replace many texts from the Qur'an and Sunnah, as well as the research was exposed to ways of spreading the virtues of the Prophet (pbuh) and his gift and establishing this in the souls, and that there are several ways to do so, the most important and the greatest: the commitment of his year and his morals, and the care of his biography and his signs of knowledge, study, study and publication, and then the research was exposed to the effect of spreading its virtues and its role in combating abuse, and showed that The greatest of these monuments is to increase faith in him, strengthen him, and strengthen his love in the hearts of believers so that he can be more capable of them than themselves, and to bring the appellants to him, peace be upon him, to make them feel satious and to make them refrain from offending his holy place.
