منهج الشيخ الحبيب بن عبد الرحمن السالي في توظيفه للقضايا اللغوية " شرح الفوز المبين بالمرشد المعين"أنموذجا

الملخص
يرتكز عملنا هذا على بحث المنهج اللغوي لدى المشايخ بالجنوب الجزائري، بالتعرض لجهودهم اللــــغوية، ولِطرُق تعاطيهم لعلوم اللغة في مؤلفاتهم وشروحهم للمتون. ومن المصنفات التي أثارت انتباهنا-ولم تنل حظها من البحث - كتاب"شرح الفوز المبين بالمرشد المعين" للشيخ الحبيب بن عبد الرحمن من منطقة توات،الذي وظف خلاله قضايا لغوية عدّة مستعينا بمنهج فريد لتيسير المسائل الفقهية والأحكام الشرعية متناولا المستويات المعجمية والصوتية والصرفية. وتكْمُن أهمية بحثنا في كونه بيانا لتوظيف تلك المستويات اللغوية عند المتأخرين من علماء الجنوب الجزائري، ومن جملتهم: مولاي أحمد الطاهر الإدريسي وتلميذه الحبيب بن عبد الرحمن – محل دراستنا –ومحمد باي بلعالم...، وقد أسلمَنَا بحثُنا لنتائج أهمها: إمكانية الاستفادة من نهج الشيخ في تعليمية العلوم الشرعية ومنها اللغة، وأن اللغة ستظل أداة من أدوات ترسيخ الشريعة بَيْد أنها تحتاج إلى من يتقن توظيفها. Abstract: Our work focuses on researching the linguistic approach of the Sheikhs in southern Algeria, through exposure to their linguistic efforts, and their methods of dealing with language sciences in their literature and explanations of the texts. Among the works that have aroused our attention - and did not get their luck from the research - is the book "Explanation of the win shown in the appointed guide" by Sheikh Habib bin Abdul Rahman from the Tuwat region, in which he employed several linguistic issues, using a unique approach to facilitate jurisprudence issues and legal rulings, dealing with lexical, audio and morphological levels. The importance of our research lies in being a statement to employ these linguistic levels among the late scholars of the Algerian south, and among them: Moulay Ahmed El-Taher Al-Idrisi and his student Habib bin Abdel Rahman - the subject of our study - and Mohamed Bay Balalam ... We have accepted our research Results, the most important of which are: the possibility of benefiting from the Sheikh's approach to teaching Sharia and language education
