دلالة المقام عند الأصوليين: بحث في الأصول والتجلّيات

الملخص
السّعي إلى أحكام الشّرع الحكيم حُسنَ بيانٍ وتحصيلٍ وتأصيلٍ، موجبٌ على الأصولي البدءَ ضرورة تحديد منهج البحث الدلالي الذي سَيَسلُكُهُ سبيلاً لتحصيلها. ومنهج الدلالة السياقية الحالية/المقامية عند الأصوليين أَحَدُهَا، بل إنّه لَعُمدَةٌ من أَعمِدَتِهَا. والقدماء منهم والمحدثون في اعتِدَادِهِ واعتِبارِهِ سواءٌ. به قالوا، وعليه اعتمدوا في تقرير كثيرٍ من قطعيِ أحكامه، وترجيح وتوجيه ظنّيها. إضافةً إلى ما تَبِعَ ذلك من اعتدادٍ بقرائن الأحوال المشاهدة من متكلّمٍ ومخاطبٍ وبيئةٍ زمانيةٍ ومكانيةٍ وغيرها. كلّها مؤشّراتٌ أصولية دلاليةٌ وتداوليةٌ، تؤكّد مدى عمق هذا الفكر الدلالي السياقي الحالي في وَعيِهِم الأصولي وهم يَعرِضُونَ لهذه الأحكام بالضّبط والتّأصيل. وهذا جوهر ما يبتغي هذا البحث تحقُّقه هنا. وفقًا لمنهجية في العرض مكوّنةٍ من أسسٍ ثلاثةٍ: مقدمة، وعرض يبحث أهمّ معالمه وتجلّياته الأصولية الدلالية، فخاتمةٌ توجز أهمّ نتائجه. Seeking the meanings of Islamic Shari’ah provisions for the sake of a better explanation, attainment, and fundamentalism requires the fundamentalist to begin with the necessary step that is defining the semantic research approach to be utilized. The situational-contextual semantic approach according to the fundamentalists is one of its method; it is rather one of its pillars. Both ancient and modernist fundamentalists are equal in this regard. Accordingly, they drew conclusions, and relied on it for determining many of its provisions, weighting and directing its meanings, in addition to the subsequent recognition of the context of situation, including the speaker, the addressee, the temporal and spatial environment, and others. All of what is previously mentioned are fundamental semantic and pragmatic indicators that confirm the depth of this semantic contextual-situational thought in their fundamental awareness, as they investigate these provisions thoroughly. This is the essence that the research aims to achieve in accordance with a methodology consisting of three main basis: introduction, body that study the most important fundamental and semantic features and manifestations, then a conclusion that summarizes the results.
