التوجهات الجديدة لإستراتيجية التحالف الإسرائيلية مع القوى الفاعلة إقليميا ودوليا: المضامين والأهداف

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التوجهات الجديدة لإستراتيجية التحالفات الإسرائيلية مع القوى الفاعلة على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي، خاصة في ظل تحولات موازين القوة التي يشهدها النظام الدولي الحالي، ومن منطلق أهمية هذه الاستراتيجية في الفكر الأمني الإسرائيلي، فإن إسرائيل تسعى جاهدة إلى تعميق علاقاتها مع قوى دولية صاعدة كالصين واليابان، وأخرى إقليمية كالهند وبعض الدول العربية التي دخلت معها مؤخرا في إتفاقيات تطبيع بهدف تعزيز مكانتها دوليا وإقليميا بما يضمن ذلك الاستمرار في مشروعها الاستعماري وتنفيذ مخططاتها الاستيطانية على الأرض الفلسطينية، الأمر الذي يستدعي من الفلسطينيين أولا ثم الدول العربية التنبه لهذه التوجهات التي تكشف دعائم السياسات الإسرائيلية بالمنطقة العربية مستقبلا. This study aims to shed light on the new directions of the strategy of Israeli alliances with active powers at the regional and international levels, especially in light of the shifts in the balance of power witnessed by the current international system, and based on the importance of this strategy in Israeli security thought, Israel strives to deepen its relations with Rising international powers such as China and Japan, and regional powers such as India and some Arab countries with which they have recently entered into normalization agreements with the aim of strengthening their international and regional standing, including ensuring the continuation of their colonial project and the implementation of their settlement plans on Palestinian land, which requires the Palestinians first and then the Arab countries to pay attention to these trends Which reveals the foundations of Israeli policies in the Arab region in the future
