الملخص
الملخص : تعتبر ظاهرة الاتجار الدولي غير المشروع في المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية من الظواهر المتصدرة الاهتمام على المستويين الدولي والوطني، فهي من القضايا القديمة المتجددة، تتعاون الدول جميعها لمكافحتها والحد من انتشارها بمختلف الطرق والأساليب، وكذا الأجهزة والآليات. والتعاون القضائي هو تعاون بين السلطات القضائية في الدول المختلفة لمكافحة الإجرام المنظم، يهدف إلى التقريب من الإجراءات الجنائية من حيث إجراءات التحقيق إلى حين صدور الحكم على المتهم وعدم إفلاته من العقاب، وأن يتم التنسيق بين السلطات القضائية للاتفاق على معايير موحدة في هذا الشأن. والتي تتمثل في تسليم المتهم المقبوض عليه، المساعدة القضائية بشأن جمع الأدلة حول الجريمة ونسبتها إلى المتهم. Abstract: The phenomenon of illicit international traffic in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances is one of the leading international and national concerns. It is a long-standing and renewed issue, and all States cooperate to combat it and limit its spread in various ways and ways, as well as by agencies and mechanisms. Judicial cooperation is cooperation between the judicial authoritiehs of various States to combat organized crime and is aimed at bringing criminal proceedings closer together in terms of investigative procedures until the accused is sentenced and without impunity, and at coordinating judicial authorities to agree on uniform standards. This consists of the extradition of the arrested accused, legal assistance in the collection of evidence on the offence and its attribution to the accused.
