الملخص
الملخص يشكل موضوع فاعلية المنظمة محور اهتمام الدراسات الاجتماعية المتمحورة حول تشخيص واقع المؤسسة ومستلزمات استمرارها. وقد أدى التحول التنظيمي إلى تباين وجهات النظر وتعدد المقاربات النظرية والدراسات الامبريقية التي طرحت قضايا الفاعلية في سياقات اجتماعية متباينة. وفي سعي المؤسسة الجزائرية لمواكبة نسق العولمة والتطور التكنولوجي الهائل، أصبح من الضروري البحث عن السبل الكفيلة بالوصول إلى أقصى حد من الفعالية؛ وذلك من خلال التحول، دون القطيعة من حسابات النمو الاقتصادي إلى تعزيز مكانة الانسان وتحسين مستوى معيشته وأدائه، باستيعاب معطيات الواقع ومستجدات العصر، بما يحقق فعالية وتمكين الكادر الجزائري ورفع درجة تنافسيته محليا وعالميا، ليكون شريكا فاعلا في التنمية واستدامتها. من هذا المنطلق نحاول أن نناقش إشكالية المفاهيم، لننتقل إلى المؤشرات والابعاد، لنضع محورية العلاقة بين فاعلية المنظمة والتنمية المستدامة. Abstract: The topic of the effectiveness of organization is the focus of social studies Centered around the reality of the institution and the requirements for its continuation. The organizational transformation has led to divergent views, a multiplicity of theoretical approaches and empirical studies that raised the issues of effectiveness in different social contexts. In the endeavor of the Algerian institution to cope with the pattern of globalization and tremendous technological development, it has become necessary to seek ways to maximize efficiency; by shifting, without breaking away from economic growth, to the promotion of human status, improved living standards and performance, by comprehending the facts of reality and the latest developments, so as to achieve the effectiveness and empowerment of Algerian cadres and raise the degree of competitiveness locally and globally to be an active partner in development and sustainability. From this perspective, we try to discuss the problem of concepts, to move to indicators and dimensions for effectiveness and sustainable development, to put the link between the effectiveness of organization and sustainable development
