الملخص
تتضح من خلال التنظيم ، كحقل متميز جدير بالدراسة والتحليل، الكثير من العمليات والقضايا القابلة للنقاش والإثراء ، من خلال ما يقدمه علم الاجتماع ، من أدوات ومناهج بحثية ، إضافة الى مستويات متنوعة من التحليل الكيفي والكمي ، كل ذلك يقصد منه الوصول الى حقيقة معرفية، تتعدد أبعادها، باعتبار أن الظاهرة الاجتماعية معقدة ومتداخلة .. في هذا المقال العلمي سوف نحاول عرض بعض مفاهيم التنظيم إنطلاقا من إسهمات كل من ميشال كروزي و ألان توران .. وربطها بأبعاد النوع الاجتماعي لتحليل وفهم مضمون المشاركة النقابية .
