قياس أثر أبعــاد المنظمـــة المتعلمـــة على تحقيـــق التميــز فـي الأداء بمؤسسة صناعة وتغليف الورق المموج (ieco) بالبليدة

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة في تحقيق التميز في الأداء بمؤسسة صناعة وتغليف الورق المموج (IECO) البليدة. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتمت على عينة عشوائية قوامها (54) عامل باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات المجمعة ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS.26 تبين أن درجة توافر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة ومستوى التميز في الأداء بالمؤسسة المبحوثة جاء مرتفعا ،كما تبين وجود أثر ذ ودلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة مجتمعة و كل بعد على حدى على مستوى التميز في أداء هذه المؤسسة. Abstract: This study aims to identify the role of the dimensions of the learning organization in achieving excellence in performance at the corrugated Paper Industry and Packaging Corporation (IECO). The study followed the descriptive analytical approach and was conducted on a random sample of (54) workers using the questionnaires as a tool for data collection, and after the statistical treatment of the data collected by the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS.26), it was found that both the degree of availability of the dimensions of the learning organization and the level of excellence in performance was high, it was also found that there is a statistically significant effect between the dimensions of the learning organization collectively and individually and the level of excellence in the performance of this organization.
