معوقات البحث العلمي في الجامعات السودانية في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس (جامعة البحر الأحمر نموذجاً)

الملخص
المستخلص تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة معوقات البحث العلمي بجامعة البحر الأحمر في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس . وقد إستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (200) عضو هيئة تدريس ، وتم إختيار عدد (100) عضو هيئة تدريس يمثلون عينة الدراسة وتم إستخدام أداة الاستبانة لعينة الدراسة . ولتحليل البيانات تم إستخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) . واشارت أهم النتائج الى أن معوقات البحث العلمي بجامعة البحر الأحمر في ظل جائحة كورونا كما يراها أعضاء هيئة التدريس، كانت المعيقات بدرجة كبيرة علي كل المجالات (مادية ، تحكيم ونشر، إدارية، ومعوقات جمع المعلومات)؛ حيث تراوحت ما بين (79.4 – 71.2) درجة مئوية . كما توصلت الدراسة الى غياب الاهتمام الرسمي الجاد بالبحث العلمي ، ندرة الإجراءات التنشيطية للبحث العلمي ، لا يوجد دعم للتعاون بين مراكز البحوث المختلفة . وقد أوصى الباحثان بضرورة تطوير النشر العلمي ، وزيادة أعداد المجلات الصادرة سنويا واختيار محكمين يتمتعون بالنزاهة والموضوعية ، ويلتزمون بالمواعيد في تحكيم البحوث . Abstract The study aims to know the obstacles to scientific research at the Red Sea University in light of the Corona pandemic from the point of view of the faculty members. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population consisted of (200) faculty members, and (100) faculty members were selected to represent the study sample, and the questionnaire tool was used for the study sample. For data analysis, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used. The most important results indicated that the obstacles to scientific research at the Red Sea University in light of the Corona pandemic, as seen by faculty members, were to a large extent in all fields (financial, arbitration and publication, administrative, and information gathering obstacles); Where it ranged between (79.4-71.2) degrees Celsius. The study also found the absence of serious official interest in scientific research, the scarcity of revitalizing procedures for scientific research, and there is no support for cooperation between the various research centers. The researchers recommended the necessity of developing scientific publishing, increasing the number of journals issued annually, and selecting arbitrators who enjoy integrity and objectivity, and who adhere to deadlines in research arbitration.
