الملخص

تعد دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وفقا لدستورها دولة مركبة من حيث الشكل، تسيرها سلطات إقليمية على مستوى الإمارات وسلطة اتحادية على المستوى المركزي، تتمثل في السلطة التنفيذية والتشريعية والقضائية، وتلعب المحكمة الاتحادية العليا كجزء من هذه الأخيرة الدور الكبير والأساسي في إرساء قواعد العدالة الدستورية، وما يزيد من فعاليتها تركيبتها المستقلة، واختصاصاتها التي تجسد وتبلور هذا الهدف. وهي تتمتع بممارسة مجموعة من المهام التي تجمع بين ولايتها العامة في الفصل في المنازعات، وولايتها في الرقابة على دستورية القوانين، وتفسير الدستور والمتابعة الجنائية للوزراء وكبار موظفي الدولة وكل من يقترف جرائم تمس بمصالح وأمن البلاد، وجرائم التزوير في المحررات والأختام الاتحادية. The United Arab Emirates, according to its constitution, is a complex state in terms of form, run by regional authorities at the level of the Emirates and a federal authority at the central level, represented in the executive, legislative and judicial authorities. and the federal supreme court as a part of the latter, plays a major and fundamental role in establishing the foundations of constitutional justice, and what increases by its effectivness is its independent composition, and its specializations that embody and crystallize this goal. It enjoys the exercise of a set of tasks that combine its general jurisdiction in adjudicating disputes, its mandate in oversight over the constitutionality of laws, interpretation of the constitution and criminal follow-up of ministers and senior state officials and anyone who commits crimes against the interests and security of the country, and crimes of forgery in federal documents and seals.
