الملخص

ملخص: قامت دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بتبني سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي لتفادي التعرض لمخاطر تقلبات أسعار النفط، حيث تمكنت من تخفيض نسبة مساهمة النفط في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وترسيخ مكانتها الاقتصادية في العالم أجمع؛ فقد أصبحت على قائمة أكثر الاقتصادات الناشئة في العالم؛ وهو ما عكسه التسارع فينسب النمو الذي حققته الدولة على كافة الأصعدة؛ إضافة إلى تعزيز جاذبية الدولة لاستقطاب الاستثمارات من شتى أنحاء العالم؛ من خلال قوانينها التي تتسم بالمرونة –مقارنة بغيرها من دول المنطقة- وتوفيرها بيئة استثمارية تعد الأفضل في المنطقة العربية والخليجية. Abstract: The United Arab Emirates adoption of economic diversification in order to avoid exposure to the risks of fluctuations in oil prices, which has been able to reduce the percentage contribution of oil to GDP, and the consolidation of economic position in the world; it has become on the list of the most emerging economies in the world. This is reflected in the acceleration in rates growth achieved by the State at all levels; in addition to enhance the attractiveness of the country to attract investment from around the world; through laws that are flexible –compared to other countries in the region – and provided investment environment, which is the best in the Arab and Gulf region.
