الملخص
ملخص: تعد الاختراعات سمة العصر ومحور تقدمه وسر نجاح ورخاء الدول، وتعد براءة الاختراع الوسيلة الأمثل لحماية الاختراع ومالكه. فبراءة الاختراع هي السند الذي بواسطته يتمتع صاحبها بمجموعة من الحقوق المعنوية والمادية، ومنع الغير من الاعتداء عليها. وبما أن براءة الاختراع هي الحافز الأساسي للتطور والتقدم الصناعي كما أنها تعكس درجة تقدم ورقي الدول لذلك حرصت جميعها بشكل عام على وضع قوانين لحماية الاختراعات بغية تنشيط القطاع الصناعي والاقتصادي لأجل تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني. لذلك سنقوم من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية بتحديد شروط الاختراع وأنواعه، كما سنتناول حماية الاختراع من الاعتداء عليه عن طريق التقليد مع إبراز تأثير تقليد براءة الاختراع على اقتصاديات دول العالم. الكلمات المفتاحية: ملكية فكرية، براءة اختراع، اقتصاد، تقليد. Abstract: Inventions are the feature of the era and the axis of its progress and the secret of the success and prosperity of countries and the patent is the best way to protect the invention and its owner. A patent is the document by which its owner enjoys a set of moral and material rights, and prevents others from infringing on it. Since the patent is the main catalyst for industrial development and progress, as it reflects the degree of progress and advancement of countries, all of them were generally keen to put in place laws to protect inventions in order to revitalize the industrial and economic sector for the development of the national economy. Therefore, through this research paper, we will define the conditions and types of invention, and we will also address the protection of the invention from attacking in through imitation, while highlighting the impact of imitation of the patent on the economies of the countries of the world.
