السياق التاريخي لتجربة الأحزاب الجزائرية في انتخابات المجلس الفرنسي 1945-1946

الملخص
الملخص تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية محاولة السلطات الفرنسية اقحام الجزائريين في مخاض الانتخابات, بعد نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية, بتناول الفترة الممتدة 1945-1946 كمراوغة جديدة تجاه الجزائريين, لتغطية جريمتها المرتكبة في حق الشعب الجزائري الأعزل, فكان لابد لها من استرجاع هيبتها الدولية, باستصدار قوانين تسمح بعودة التنظيمات الحزبية والحياة السياسية من جديد, وأيضا بفسح المجال للمساهمة في الانتخابات وفق شروط تستهوي فئات معينة. فالمناورة الفرنسية الجديدة كانت في الانتخابات, والوصول للمجالس الفرنسية لتكون منبر لإسماع معاناة الجزائريين للعالم هو هدف تيارات الحركة الوطنية, فمن خلال البحث والتحليل, لسير عملية الانتخابات من الفكرة للتجسيد, وكيفية تأطير الأحزاب الوطنية وهيكلتها للخوض في غمار الانتخابات, التي شهدت التأرجح بين المشاركة والقطيعة من قبل الأحزاب الوطنية, والتي تناظرت ببرامج انتخابية ولكنها اتحدت بعد نضال من الاستبداد, بفكرة تحقيق الكينونة الوطنية, و باستقراء النتائج المحصلة من عملية الاقتراع وفرز الأصوات, والتي حددت بأمر الإدارة الاستعمارية وعملائها. تم التوصل إلى أن الواقع الانتخابي فرض على الجزائريين بتكييف النتائج وفق ما تريده السلطات الاستعمارية . Abstract This research paper addresses the French authorities' attempt to get Algerians into the labour of elections, after the end of World War II, by addressing the period 1945-1946 as a new quirk towards The Algerians, to cover up their crime against the unarmed Algerian people, so they had to regain their international prestige, by passing laws allowing the return of party organizations and political life, as well as allowing the contribution of elections on conditions that appeal to certain groups. The new French maneuver was in the elections, and reaching the French councils to be a platform to hear the suffering of Algerians to the world is the goal of the currents of the national movement, through research and analysis, to the conduct of the election process from the idea of embodiment, and how to frame national parties and structure to run in the elections, which saw the swing between participation and disconnection by national parties, which corresponded to electoral programs but united after a struggle of tyranny, with the idea of achieving the national being By extrapolating the results of the voting and counting process, which was determined by the order of the colonial administration and its agents. It was concluded that the electoral reality forced Algerians to adapt the results as desired by the colonial authorities.
