نظام الحاضنات (المشاتل) آلية لدعم مشاريع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر

الملخص
تعتبر المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من الكيانات الاقتصادية التي تكون عرضة للفشل خاصة في مراحل إنشائها الأولى، أين تجد صعوبات في استمرارية النشاط، نظرا للخصوصيات والهشاشة التي تميزها وتستدعي إحاطتها بآليات مساعدة تتجاوز بها تلك الصعوبات. على إثر ذلك، ظهر نظام الحاضنات كسند داعم لمشاريع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة يمنح لها مقومات النجاح والابتعاد عن مكامن الفشل في المراحل الأولى، وهو الشيء الذي جعل السلطات العمومية في الجزائر تتبنى هذا النظام في إطار التشجيع على إنشاء هذا النوع من المؤسسات، وتعزيز حرية المبادرة بمقومات النجاح والنمو والديمومة في النسيج الاقتصادي. Small and medium enterprises are economic entities that are subject to failure in the early stages of their establishment and find difficulties in the continuity of activity and compete with institutions that have the expertise and capabilities that enable them to do so, which requires surrounding these institutions with assistance mechanisms by which they overcome these difficulties. As a result, the incubators system appeared as a support and strengthening support for small and medium enterprises, containing their projects since they were an idea, keeping them away from the points of failure and giving them the elements of success, especially in the early stages, which is what prompted the public authorities in Algeria to adopt this system in the framework of encouraging the establishment of these Institutions, and the promotion of the freedom to initiate the elements of success, growth and permanence in the economic fabric.
