ملخص: تحيلنا مشكلة " فرط الحركة " إلى تمثل ملامح اضطراب سلوكي مرافق لمرحلة الطفولة وفق جدول عيادي لأعراض جامعة بين التوظيف النفسي، السياقات الدفاعية، والخاصيات العقلية وكذا المعاش العلائقي، أين تظهر الحركة الزائدة عن الإيقاع الطبيعي لدى الطفل، التشتتية على مستوى الإنتباه والإندفاعية. مما يوقظ حماسة الأسرة والمختصين نحو البحث عن سبل التكفل والتعامل الناجح مع الطفل مفرط الحركة. لذا تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية النظرية إلى توصيف أهم أساليب الفحص والتكفل بالطفل مفرط الحركة في ضوء خاصياته ومقاربة للمداخل التفسيرية المختلفة.
