الملخص
ملخص: التكوين أمر ضروري ولابد منه لمزاولة مهنة التعليم ومن المستحيل ان ينجح اي مشروع اصلاحي في ميدان التربية والتعليم اذا كان المعلم غير مكون بطريقة جيدة او غائبا عن العملية التكوينية او غير مستوعب للحقائق التربوية والعلمية التي تحمل مهنة التعليم وهذا كله يكون من خلال محتوى فعال ومنهجي لبرامج تكوين الاستاذ . حيث نسعى من خلال هذا البحث لتسليط الضوء على دور ب فلسفة التكوين التربوي في المدرسة العليا للأساتذة لقيام المعلم بعمله على أكمل وجه وكذا أحاول إبراز النقائص الموجودة في البرامج التكوينية ومحاولة إيجاد طرق علمية وصيغ فعالة لسد هاته النقائص، لان الحاجة أصبحت ملحة لإعادة النظر في برامج تكوين المعلمين لتساير متطلبات مهنة التعليم وخاصة في ظل الظروف التي يشهدها العالم والتغيرات السريعة والتطورات في مختلف المستويات والتي تفرض علينا أن نكون في مستواه من التقدم ،لهذا موضوع البحث سيكون حول ماهو أثر فلسفة التكوين التربوي في المدرسة العليا للأساتذة على أداء مهنة التدريس في مادة الفلسفة ؟ Abstract : Training is a necessary and indispensable thing for practicing the profession of education. It is impossible for any reform project in the field of education to succeed if the teacher is not well trained, absent from the formative process, or does not comprehend the educational and scientific facts that carry the teaching profession. All of this is through effective and systematic content of programs Professor composition. As we seek through this research to shed light on the role of the philosophy of educational formation in the Higher School of Teachers for the teacher to do his work to the fullest, as well as I try to highlight the shortcomings in the formative programs and try to find scientific methods and effective formulas to fill these shortcomings, because the need has become urgent to reconsider the programs Training teachers to keep pace with the requirements of the teaching profession, especially in light of the circumstances the world is witnessing and the rapid changes and developments at various levels that require us to be in a level of progress. ?
