استراتيجية التوطين في دبلجة الأفلام الكارتونية الى اللغة العربية: الفيلم الكرتوني "همتارو" أنموذجا

الملخص
أحدث التطوّر التكنولوجي الذي شهدته الإنسانية وتحديدا ما حقّقه الإنسان من انجازات في وسائل الإعلام والاتصال تأثيرا مهما على نمط عيش المجتمعات، حيث أصبح الإقبال على شاشات العرض كبيرا وذلك باختلاف أنواعها وأحجامها سواء تعلّق الأمر بشاشة التلفزيون أو شاشات العرض السينمائي، أو الهواتف الذكية أو اللوحات الالكترونية. وقد نتج عن هذا التطوّر في وسائل الإعلام إلى زيادة الإنتاج ومن ثم الإقبال المتزايد على ترجمة ذلك الإنتاج الغزير والمتنوع بتنوع مواضيعه ولغاته. وقد أدّت الترجمة دورا مهما في حماية ثقافة الشعوب وترسيخ هويّتها، ممّا ساهم في احترام خصوصياتها سواء الثقافية أو الاجتماعية أو الدينية. ولأنّ المترجم يعدّ وسيطا بين الثقافات واللغات فانّه سيواجه بعض العقبات أثناء الترجمة نظرا لتلك الخصوصية، لذلك يلجأ إلى إستراتيجية تذلّل له الصعاب وتسمح له بترجمة ذلك المتن دون المساس بخصوصيته، ونعني بذلك إستراتيجية التوطين التي تمنحه فرصة الحفاظ على السمات الثقافية والبيئية والاجتماعية والدينية للمتن المترجم، خصوصا إذا علمنا أن ذلك المتن المراد ترجمته يتمتّع بخصوصية شديدة كونه موجّه إلى الأطفال. Abstract: Technological development that humanity has witnessed, specifically the achievements which human realized in the mass media and means of communication. They have impact on the life style of societies where the demand for screen display which become huge with all its types and sizes. Whatever, it is related to TV screen, display screen films, smart phones or electronic boards. This progress in media has resulted the growth of production then, the high turnout on production of translation within variety of subjects and languages. The translation has played an important role in preserving the culture of people and consolidation of their identity, which contributed to respecting their privacy, whatever the cultural, social or religious. Since, the translator is considered as a mediator between cultures and languages, he will be faced by some obstacles during translating due to this privacy. So, he resorts to a strategy that overcomes difficulties and let him to translate that text without touching its specificity . We mean that, the localization strategy that gives him opportunity to preserve cultural, environmental ,social and religious features, about the translated piece. Especially if we konw that is the text translated towards children
