الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم قراءة تحليلية لظاهرة خطاب الكراهية؛ التي تزايدت حدتها في بيئة المجتمعات الافتراضية بشكل واسع في السنوات الأخيرة، وذلك من خلال الكشف عن العوامل المؤثرة في انتشارها وتجليات ممارستها الافتراضية، وتداعياتها النفسية والاجتماعية على الفرد والمجتمع وآليات مواجهتها، حيث توصلت الدراسة في هذا الصدد أن تفشي خطاب الكراهية تتداخل فيه العديد من العوامل النفسية والاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية المحفزة؛ والبيئة الافتراضية كان لها بالغ الأثر في التعزيز من تداوله ومشاركته الواسعة؛ كونها أفرزت ضمن تفاعلاتها لسلوكيات تتغذى على الترويج لثقافة الكراهية وبثها، وهو ما يتجسد في تلك الممارسات المشحونة بالتعصب والعدوانية والتمييز والعنصرية والتحريض على العنف والازدراء والتهجم على الآخر، والعديد من الصور النمطية والتجليات المسيئة؛ الضمنية والصريحة منها، مما أدى إلى تداعيات سلبية قوضت من كرامة وإنسانية الأفراد ومشاركتهم الايجابية، وهددت استقرار المجتمعات؛ في ظل تحديات التصدي لهذا النوع من الخطابات من قبل مختلف الجهات الفاعلة. Abstract: This study aims to submitting an analytical reading of the phenomenon of hate speech, which has increased in intensity in the environment of virtual societies in a wide way in recent years, by revealing the Influencing factors its spread and manifestations of its virtual practice, and its psychological and social repercussions on the individual and society and the Mechanisms to counter it. The study found In this regard, the spread of hate speech involves many influencing psychological, social, economic and cultural factors; but The virtual environment had a great impact in its deliberative and wide participation; where It has produced Behaviors fueled by the promotion of a culture of hate; which is embodied in practices with fanaticism, aggressiveness, discrimination, racism, incitement to violence, contempt and attack over the other, and many stereotypes and abusive manifestations implicit and explicit ones, which led to negative repercussions that undermined the dignity and humanity of individuals and their positive participation, and threatened the stability of societies; In light of the difficulty of addressing this type of discourse by various actors.
