الملخص
الملخص: يتزايد خطاب الكراهية بشكل ملفت للانتباه خاصة مع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي التي جعلت من العالم قرية صغيرة يسهل فيها تبادل الأفكار والقيم والمعلومات، ولكن الفكرة والمعلومة التي تقوض الوحدة الاجتماعية وتنشر العنف والعداوة على الصعيد الداخلي والخارجي تعتبر خطرا ينغي محاربته بالطريقة التي تضمن حرية الرأي والتعبير ولا تمس بها. ورغبة منا في معرفة أهم مضامين خطابات الكراهية المتبادلة داخل المجتمعات المسلمة، والعمل على اجاد سبل ناجعة للحد منها جاءت هذه الدراسة التي اعتمدت منهج المسح بالعينة لتكون إحدى اللبنات في هذا المجال؛ حيث تم فيها البحث في المضامين التي تتبادلها فرقتي السنة والشيعة والأهداف التي يرمون إلى تحقيقها من خلال ما ينشرونه عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والفيس بوك تحديدا، خاصة وأن الصراع بين الطائفتين قديم ويعود إلى القرون الأولى من التاريخ الإسلامي. بالرغم من أن الأفراد والأفكار والوسائل تتجدد وتتطور، إلا أن الصراع كان ولا يزال قائما، وقد تم تحديد صفحة "حوارات بين السنة والشيعة" لدراستها من حيث الشكل والمضمون لأنها تعتبر أهم الصفحات التي كان الهدف من انشائها التقريب بين الطائفتين ولكن ما حصل كان عكس ذلك، فقد زادت من الهوة بين الفرقتين وكانت عاملا مساعدا على تأجيج خطاب الكراهية وهو أهم ما خلصت إليه هذه الدراسة. الكلمات الافتتاحية: خطاب الكراهية – السنة والشيعة – المجتمعات المسلمة. مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. Summary Hate speech is increasing remarkably especially with social media, which has made the world a small village where ideas, values and information can be exchanged easily. However, the idea and information that undermine social unity and spread violence and enmity internally and externally, are considered a danger that must be fought in a way that guarantees freedom of opinion and expression without affecting it. In a serious attempt to find out the most important contents of the hate speech exchanged within Muslim societies, and to find effective ways to reduce it. This study which adopted the sample survey method examined the contents exchanged by the Sunni and Shiite sects and the goals they aim to achieve through their social media and Facebook posts particularly, since the conflict between the two communities is ancient and dates back to the early centuries of Islamic history. Although individuals, ideas, and means are renewed and developed, the conflict was there and continues to exist. The page entitled "Dialogues between Sunni and Shi 'a Imamiyah" has been identified for study in terms of form and content , because it is considered to be the most important page which aimed at bringing the two sects closer together. However, what happened was the opposite, as it increased the gap between the two sects and it was a factor for fuelling hate speech which is the conclusion of this study. -Key words: -Hate speech-Muslim societies-Social Media- Sunnis and Shiites
