الملخص

الملخص: لقد أدت التطورات والتغيرات المختلفة في بيئة الأعمال، إلى التأثير على مختلف نظريات التنظيم، وبروز مفاهيم جديدة، جعلت من المنظمات تتبنى أساليب إدارية حديثة، كان لها الأثر الواضح على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي، وتعتبر فرق العمل أحد هذه الأساليب التي ساهم الفكر التنظيمي في ظهورها وتطور استخدامها، حيث فرضت نفسها كإستراتيجية ناجحة، من خلال تشكل الأفراد ضمن فرق عمل منسجمة، تتقاسم المهام وتتبادل الخبرات، وتتكامل من حيث المهارات، وتشجع العمل بشكل جماعي متجانس، مما يتيح للعمال التعاون والمشاركة في صنع القرارات، والمرونة في حل المشكلات، ومواجهة التحديات، وخلق فرص الإبداع والابتكار، بما يضمن فعالية هذه الفرق، وقدرتها على تحقيق مختلف الأهداف، وفي هذا السياق سنتعرض من خلال هذا المقال إلى ما يلي: أولا: فعالية فرق العمل (المفهوم، الخصائص والسمات، والعوامل المؤثرة). ثانيا: المداخل النظرية المفسرة لفعالية فرق العمل. Abstract: Various developments and changes in the business environment, have influenced various theories of organization, and the emergence of new concepts, It made organizations adopt modern management methods, It had a clear impact on improving job performance, and The work teams is one of these methods, that organizational thought contributed to its emergence, and the development of its use, Where it imposed itself as a successful strategy, Through the formation of individuals within harmonious work teams, that share tasks and exchange experiences, And integrated in terms of skills, and encouraging harmonious teamwork, which allowing workers to collaborate and participate in decision-making, and Flexibility in problem solving, and Facing challenges, and creating opportunities for creativity and innovation, In order to ensure the effectiveness of these teams, and their ability to achieve various goals, In this context, we will discuss in this article the following: First: The effectiveness of work teams (concept, characteristics, features, and influencing factors). Second: Theoretical approaches that explain the effectiveness of work teams.
