الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: إن التسليم بأهمية البحث العلمي في تطوير المجتمع وتقدمه يقتضي العناية والرعاية والتخطيط والتوجه اللازم له، والحديث عن مخابر البحث العلمي يتضمن بالضرورة الإشارة إلى البحث العلمي بمفهومه المتعارف عليه دوليا، ومن المفترض منطقيا وموضوعيا أن تكون مثل هذه الهيئات مؤطرة ولها خطة ومقاصد ووسائل وكفاءات فاعلة تضمن جودتها واستمراريتها في إنتاج المعرفة، وقد اتجهت الجزائر على غرار باقي دول العالم نحو تجسيد أرضية صلبة تدعم النشاط العلمي عبر جامعات الوطن، من خلال تكوين مراكز ووحدات ومخابر للبحث العلمي، من هنا جاءت فكرة هذا المقال لتوضيح واقع وآفاق مخابر البحث العلمي في الجامعة الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال ما يلي: أولا: تطور إنشاء المخابر البحثية في الجامعة الجزائرية. ثانيا: الإنتاج العلمي لمخابر البحث في الجامعة الجزائرية. ثالثا: الرهانات المستقبلية لمخابر البحث العلمي في الجامعة الجزائرية. الكلمات المفتاحية: البحث العلمي، مخابر البحث العلمي، إنتاج المعرفة، الجامعة الجزائرية. الملخص باللغة الأنجليزية Scientific research laboratories at the Algerian University - An analytical reading on the current situation and future challenges The recognition of the importance of scientific research in the development and progress of society requires the care, care, planning and direction necessary for it, and talking about scientific research laboratories necessarily includes reference to scientific research in its internationally recognized concept, and it is assumed logically and objectively that such bodies be framed and have a plan and intents, means and effective competencies that guarantee Its quality and continuity in the production of knowledge.
