استراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة ودورها في بلوغ الكفاءات المستهدفة من وجهة نظرأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للطور الثانوي

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور استراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة في بلوغ الكفاءات المستهدفة من طرف اساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية؛ حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي على عينة مكونة من 30 استاذ للتربية البدنية والرياضية للطور الثانوي موزعين على 12 ثانويات ببلدية المسيلة؛ وتم بناء وتطبيق استبيان استراتيجيات التدريس كأداة للدراسة مكون من ثلاثة ابعاد: العصف الذهني، الورشة التعليمية، الحقيبة البيداغوجية، في الاخير توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج اهمها: استرتيجية العصف الذهني لها دور في بلوغ الكفاءات المستهدفة.؛ استرتيجية الورشة التعليمية لها دور في بلوغ الكفاءات المستهدفة؛ استرتيجية الحقيبة البيداغوجية لها دور في بلوغ الكفاءات المستهدفة. Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the role of modern teaching strategies in achieving the competencies targeted by physical education and sports teachers; Where we used the descriptive approach on a sample of 30 teachers of physical education and sports for the secondary stage distributed over 12 secondary schools in the municipality of M'sila; The Teaching Strategies Questionnaire was built and applied as a study tool, consisting of three dimensions: brainstorming, educational workshop, pedagogical package, In the end, the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The brainstorming strategy has a role in achieving the targeted competencies. The strategy of the educational workshop has a role in achieving the targeted competencies; The pedagogical bag strategy has a role in achieving the targeted Résumé : La présente étude visait à identifier le rôle des stratégies d'enseignement modernes dans l'acquisition des compétences visées par les professeurs d'éducation physique et de sport ; Où nous avons utilisé l'approche descriptive sur un échantillon de 30 enseignants d'éducation physique et sportive pour le cycle secondaire répartis dans 12 lycées de la commune de M'sila ; Le questionnaire sur les stratégies d'enseignement a été construit et appliqué comme un outil d'étude, composé de trois dimensions : brainstorming, atelier pédagogique, trousse pédagogique, Au final, l'étude a atteint un certain nombre de résultats dont les plus importants sont : La stratégie de brainstorming a un rôle à jouer dans l'atteinte des compétences ciblées. La stratégie de l'atelier pédagogique a un rôle dans l'atteinte des compétences visées ; La stratégie du sac pédagogique a un rôle à jouer dans l'atteinte des compétences visées.
