الملخص
ملخص تتناول هذه الدارسة قراءة في وثائق الأرشيف الفرنسي، الخاصة بدائرة تيارت خلال الفترة الاستعمارية، حيث قدّمت لنا صورة واضحة عن المنوغرافية الاجتماعية والثقافية والدينية والسياسية، في إطار تحقيقات نصف قرن الخاصة بأوضاع الجزائر. حيث قامت الإدارة لاستعمارية بمنطقة تيارت من خلال مختلف مؤسساتها التابعة لبلدية تيارت الكاملة الصلاحيات وبلدية تيارت المختلطة من أجهزة أمنية وإدارية وقضائية بكتابة تقارير مفصلة عن تطور المجتمع الجزائري بقبائله بمختلف الدواوير والأرياف وسكان مدينة تيارت الجزائريين. فقدّمت لنا صورة واضحة عن تطور بنيات ومؤسسات المجتمع الجزائري المتعلقة بالقضايا الدينية والثقافية والسياسية، بمعنى رصدت لنا أنشطة المجتمع الجزائري من نخب تقليدية ومثقفة وعلاقاتها بعامة الجزائريين من جهة وبتواصلها مع الإدارة الاستعمارية، ذلك ما سنحاول التطرق له من خلال قراءتنا لهذه التقارير واستخلاص أنشطة المجتمع الجزائري ضمن المؤسسات الاستعمارية في ما بين سنتي 1930 -1954، لنستطيع التعرف على قضايا الجزائريين وأنشطتهم المختلفة قبل اندلاع ثورة التحرير الجزائرية. الكلمات المفتاحية : مونوغرافية تيارت ؛النخب ؛ السياسة الاستعمارية ؛ التقارير الأرشيفية؛ الأجهزة الأمنية. Abstract: This study deals with a reading in the documents of the French archive, related to the Tiaret region during the colonial period, as it provided us with a clear picture of the social, cultural, religious and political monograph, within the framework of half a century investigation on the situation in Algeria. As the colonial administration in the Tiaret region through its various institutions, including it’s full-fledged as well as mixed municipality from security, administrative and judicial agencies, wrote detailed reports on the development of the Algerian society and its tribes in the suburbs and countryside along with the Algerian population of the city of Tiaret. It provided us with a clear picture of the evolution of the structures and institutions of Algerian society related to reli gious, cultural and political issues, in the sense that it monitored the activities of Algerian society from traditional and educated elites and their relations with the general Algerians on the one hand and their communication with the colonial administration, which is what we will try to address through our reading of these reports and extracting the activities of Algerian society Within the colonial institutions between the years 1930-1954, to be able to identify the issues of the Algerians and their various activities before the outbreak of the Algerian liberation revolution.
