رعاية الموهوبين في المنهج النبوي - أبي بن كعب نموذجا-

الملخص
الملخص بالعربية يعد موضوع رعاية الموهوبين واكتشاف المواهب فكرة عظيمة ينتج عنها خير للمجتمع والأمة والبشرية جمعاء، فرعايتهم هي الضمانة الحقيقية للحفاظ على المكتسبات الحضارية للأمم، ذلك أن رعاية الموهوبين هي صناعة المستقبل. وقد اهتم الهدي النبوي باكتشاف مواهب الصحابة ورعايتهم وتنميتهم، حيث استطاع نبينا محمد-صلى الله عليه وسلم-أن يلتمس المواهب المكنونة في جميع الصحابة-رضوان الله عليهم- ونجد أن الناظر لا يكاد يجد أحد منهم إلا وقد برز في مجال ما من مجالات الدين أو الدنيا. ومن أبرز الموهوبين في تاريخ الصحابة وممن كانت لهم أدوارا في تطوير الحياة الإنسانية وتحويل مسارها نحو المجد والفلاح "أبي بن كعب-رضي الله عنه-والذي لقب بسيد القراء. الملخص بالإنجليزية: The present research study aims at studying the prophetic approach in supporting the gift of his companion Ubayy Ibn Ka'b - may Allah be pleased with him- its characteristic, contributing factors and effects. The study also highlights the approach of the Prophet - may the blessing of Allah be upon him - in nurturing the gifted in general and Ubayy Ibn Ka'b - may Allah be pleased with him- in particular, starting from discovering his gift, developing it, then employing it properly. Hence, the following results are to be drawn: 1- The Prophet - may the blessing of Allah be upon him – consideration of the individual differences between his companions, may Allah be pleased with them. 2 -The Prophet - may the blessing of Allah be upon him – discovery of the gift of Ubayy Ibn Ka'b and his unique qualities, which have had various positive effects on the personal and national level (Ummah). 3 - The Prophet - may the blessing of Allah be upon him – use of unmatched tools to identify the gifted. 4 - The simplicity of the prophetic methods in supporting the gifted, which facilitates their implementation in the today’s educational institutions. In light of the study findings, the following recommendations are to be given: 5 - The necessity of following the prophetic method in discovering and upporting the gifted in our current society. 6 - The necessity of applying the prophetic methods in raising the gifted in the educational institutions thanks to their effectiveness in discovering and developing the gifted persons. 7-The importance of conducting more academic studies to discover the different elements of this topic based on the various resources of the Prophetic Sunnah.
