الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن محددات الصراع التنظيمي السائد بين أساتذة جامعة مولود معمري بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مستوى التوافق النفسي لديهم، مع تحديد طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين هاذين المتغيرين. وقد طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة مؤلفة من (72) أستاذ وأستاذة. وفي الأخير توصل الباحث إلى أن محتوى العمل ومحيطه من أكثر محددات الصراع التنظيمي السائد بين أفراد عينة هذه الدراسة، مع وجود مستوى مرتفع من التوافق النفسي لديهم، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين متغيري هذه الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصراع التنظيمي، المحددات، التوافق النفسي، أساتذة التعليم الجامعي. Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the factors of the organizational conflict between the professors of Mouloud Mammeri University, in addition to identifying their level of psychological compliance, while defining the nature of the correlation between these two variables. This study was applied to a sample of (72) male and female professors. Finally, the researcher concluded that the content of the work and its surroundings are among the most factors of the organizational conflict among the members of this study sample, with a high level of psychological compliance with them, in addition to the existence of a correlative relationship between the variables of this study.
