الملخص
تعتبر اتفاقية السيداو وثيقة هامة ساهمت في انتشال حماية حقوق المرأة من الخصوصية الوطنية إلى العالمية الدولية في إطار المساواة ونبذ الممارسات التمييزية التي كانت تطال المرأة،تظهر الاتفاقية كحصيلة لتراكمات ساهمت في صياغتها مجموعة من التجاذبات بين متطلبات الأصالة والمعاصرة من جهة، ومتطلبات المصلحة الوطنية والدولية من جهة أخرى،إلا أن أهم جدلية تثيرها الاتفاقية هي التوتر القائم بين حقوق المرأة كمعايير عالمية ملزمة وحقوقها كمكونات أساسية للبيئة المجتمعية الخاصة بالشعوب. The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) is an important document that has contributed to the protection of women's rights from national privacy to international universality in the context of equality and the rejection of discriminatory practices affecting women. The Convention appears as the result of an accumulation that has contributed to the formulation of a series of interactions between the requirements of contemporary and traditions and the requirements of national and international interest, However, the most important argument raised by the Convention was the tension between women's rights as binding universal norms and their rights as essential components of the peoples' societal environment..
