ظاهرة الهجرة في حوض المتوسط: حالة مهاجري البلدان المغاربية في أوروبا Migration Phenomenon In The Mediterranean Basin: The Case Of Migrants From The Maghreb Countries In Europe

الملخص
تدور الفكرة الأساسية لهذا العمل حول هجرة الأفراد من البلدان المغاربية نحو أوروبا، من خلال السؤال المركزي للموضوع الذي تمحور حول السعي للبحث في التأثيرات والنتائج التي تلحق بأوروبا جراّء هذه الهجرة حتى ولو كانت في إطارها القانوني. الإجابة عن هذا التساؤل كانت بعد التطرق لأهم العناصر والنقاط ذات العلاقة المباشرة بالموضوع من نظريات ومفاهيم و إحصائيات كلها تداخلت و شكّلت خطوات سهّلت البحث في الأسباب و العوامل الحقيقية التي تدفع بالمهاجرين إلى تفضيل الوجهة الأوروبية دون غيرها، رغم الصعوبات الموجودة في هذه الرحلة منذ قرار التوجه إليها إلى غاية الوصول إلى أراضيها، في الوقت الذي توجد فيه عديد الوجهات الهجرية الأخرى ربما تكون أكثر سهولة و أمنا . الدراسة توصّلت في الأخير إلى نتيجة رئيسية- إلى جانب العديد من النتائج الأخرى – أنّ الهجرة من ضفة جنوب المتوسط إلى شماله ظاهرة تسبّبت فيها عديد العوامل والأسباب ، تجمع بين ما هو تاريخي و ما هو حديث، إضافة إلى أنّ هذه الهجرة استفادت منها عديد الجهات و الأطراف سلبا و ايجايا وان كان بشكل متفاوت . This work deals with the central theme of the migration of individuals from the Maghreb to Europe through the search for influences and consequences for Europe as a result of this, even legal, immigration. Responses to this question came after examining significant elements and points in direct relations with the subject, such as theories, concepts and statistics; which interlinked and formed steps that facilitated research into the real causes and aspects that lead migrants to prefer European destinations, despite the difficulties that exist in this journey from the decision to go there until the end of the journey. At the end of the research and as the findings of the study-among many other results-we draw a significant conclusion-that migration from the southern shore of the Mediterranean to the northern shore is a phenomenon that combines what is historic and what is modern, in addition to the fact that this migration has benefited many parties in a negative and positive, albeit disproportionate, way.
