الملخص
يعتبر الإتصال من بين أقدم الظواهر الإنسانية، وتبرز أهميته في نقل أفكار الإنسان ونواياه و رغباته و مختلف حاجياته و معلوماته إلى الآخرين وهذا ما ينطبق على صعيد الإدارة المحلية التي يحتاج فيها الأفراد إلى الإتصال الإداري وهو أحد الأنواع التي تركز عليها مختلف الإدارات لضمان نقل وتفهم الأوامر والتعليمات من الإدارة العليا إلى العاملين لتسيير عمل المؤسسة والتحكم به فضلا عن الإحاطة بكل المشكلات والمعوقات التي تحد من قدرة العاملين في آدائهم. Communication is anthropologically among the oldest human phenomena. Its importance stands out by the enabling of transfer of thoughts, intentions, desires, various needs and information between individuals within a society or a group of people. The local administration requires the benefits of communication. The directors and managers need a dedicated administrative communication, in which, the transfer of orders and instructions and their meanings, and also, feedbacks is ensured between the different departments, and, between the senior manager and the workers. The importance of a good administrative communication is revealed by a proper functioning of an institution as well as an appropriate dealing with problems and obstacles faced by the workers which limit their performance
