الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى أهمية وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني في عصرنة شركات التأمين ومنحها التميز بالجزائر، من خلال المساهمة في تحسين أدائها، وبتالي تحقيق احتياجات ورغبات زبائنها ومواجهة المنافسة المفروضة عليها من طرف شركات التأمين الناشطة في السوق الدولية ، حيث تم القيام بدراسة ميدانية تحليلية على مستوى شركة أليانس ALLIANCE للتأمينات فرع خميس مليانة خلال الفترة 2013 - 2020 .وقد توصلنا إلى أن استخدام وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني من طرف هذه الشركة ساهم بشكل كبير في تحسن أدائها، ومنحها التميز على مستوى السوق الوطنية رغم حداثة تجربتها في استخدام هذه الوسائل. Abstract: This study aims to determine the extent of the importance of electronic payment methods in modernizing insurance companies and giving them distinction in Algeria, by contributing to improving their performance, and thus achieving the needs and desires of their customers and facing the competition imposed on them by insurance companies active in the international market, where an analytical field study was carried out on The level of ALLIANCE Insurance Company, Khemis Miliana branch, during the period 2013-2020. We found that the use of electronic payment methods by this company contributed significantly to improving its performance, and giving it distinction at the level of the national market, despite its recent experience in using these means.
